Pay deal for staff after strike

A union has celebrated success afer staff at a Stirling finance sector outsourcing firm secured a fresh pay deal following a strike.
The industrial action took place at the five UK sites operated by Diligenta-including its Kildean base in the city.
Around 1,000 members from the Unite union were involved in a total of 14 days of strike action in order to secure a better pay deal after initial attempts by the firm to introduce a compromise were described as a "real-terms pay cut".
