JAMMU: BJP National General Secretary and In-charge of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Tarun Chugh, on Friday tore into the Congress, National Conference and People's Democratic Party after separatist Yasin Malik's affidavit exposed shocking details of how the Congress-led UPA government once used him to meet India's most wanted terrorists.
