JAMMU: In a significant step towards promoting scholarly research and literature, Prof. Umesh Rai, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, on Friday released two publications- “Kaav Mehkaan,” an anthology of Punjabi poetry, and “Katha Birtaant,”

an anthology of Punjabi short stories. Both books have been edited by Dr. Harjinder Singh and Dr. Pritam Singh, faculty members from the Department of Punjabi, University of Jammu.
