HC stays probe against Cabinet Minister in drug case allegation

Delivering a major relief to Jammu & Kashmir Cabinet Minister, the High Court of J&K and Ladakh at Jammu has stayed the operation of an order passed by the Special Excise Mobile Magistrate, Jammu, which had directed the SHO Police Station Khour to proceed against him in a complaint alleging involvement in drug-related intimidation.
