Yalcouye must make 'statement', says Matos

VITOR Matos has urged Brighton and Hove Albion loanee Malick Yalcouye to make a “statement” and force his way into the first-team picture at Swansea City.

The 20-year-old (pictured) hasn't played a single minute for the club since he was sent off against Queens Park Rangers last month, and is yet to feature in a matchday squad under Matos.
There were high hopes for the teenager when he arrived in SA1 in the summer, having arrived on the back of a title win with Austrian side Sturm Graz, where he spent last season on loan.
