Trump somehow finds a new low
December 18, 2025
|South Wales Echo
JUST when you think Donald Trump cannot possibly go any lower, he somehow tunnels through the bedrock and discovers an entirely new level of inhumanness.
This week, hours after famed Hollywood director Rob Reiner and his wife Michele were brutally murdered in their Los Angeles home, the president showed once again how grotesque a man he is.
As relatives were coming to terms with a brutal double killing, Trump chose not dignity, not sympathy, not silence, but a political sneer aimed at a family plunged into unimaginable grief.
As tributes flooded in for the much-loved director whose films - Stand By Me, Spinal Tap, A Few Good Men, to name but a few - shaped generations, Trump posted this chillingly callous message on Truth Social.
