Police issue warning as prisoner goes on the run

POLICE are appealing for help from the public after a prisoner escaped - but they have warned he should not be approached under any circumstances.
The inmate absconded from a South Wales prison on Sunday.
Liam Wall, 36, was an inmate at HMP Prescoed before the escape.
Wall was convicted of drug offences at Cardiff Crown Court in 2017.
Gwent Police are appealing for information to find the escapee.
He is described as being about 5ft 8in, bald, with brown eyes and a brown beard.
Officers say there may be a potential risk due to the fact that he is no longer in the custody of the prison service.
