Boss Watson sees the positives in frustrating draw

South Shields manager Ian Watson offered a measured response to his side's home draw with King's Lynn Town.
The Mariners went into the game on the back of their outstanding win at National League North title rivals AFC Fylde in midweek as Olly Bainbridge and Caden Kelly grabbed a goal apiece and Cedwyn Scott struck a brace to help their side to a 4-2 victory at Mll Farm.
It was the latter of the Mariners trio that opened the scoring at the 1st Cloud Arena as the forward received a pass from Sean McGurk before beating Linnets goalkeeper Aaron Chapman with just two minutes on the clock.
