Boss Howe admits Newcastle 'confidence issue' despite win

Eddie Howe believes that Newcastle United have a 'confidence issue' as they limped to just their second Premier League away win of the season.
The Magpies took a very early lead through Joelinton at Turf Moor, and saw their advantage doubled soon after when Yoane Wissa netted on his first Premier League start for the club.
However, Josh Laurent's brilliant volley halved the deficit and ensured that the Magpies were holding on until the final few minutes before Bruno Guimaraes netted a third in stoppage time.
It was far from a perfect Newcastle United display on a cold night in Lancashire, but it was one they needed to escape from with three points no matter what, particularly after their hugely disappointing defeat against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Friday night.
