Scales tells leaders: It's showtime

LIAM SCALES has warned Hearts that Celtic owe them a beating in today’s top-of-the-table showdown — as he sent out a reminder that titles aren’t won in January.

The Hoops are looking to land a first blow on the leaders in the Super Sunday blockbuster at Tynecastle after suffering two sore defeats to the Gorgie shock troops so far this season.

Hearts boss Derek McInnes has seen off Brendan Rodgers and Wilfried Nancy and is now preparing to face a Martin O’Neill Celtic side with a six-point advantage at the top. Scales has been impressed by the Jambos, but he says the Hoops have yet to show their real face against the leaders.

And after Thursday’s 2-2 Euro draw in Bologna he is confident Celtic can shine.
