TV historian David Olusoga fears he will be a “terrible traitor” on the celebrity version of the hit show as he is too scatterbrained to maintain “deep cover”.
The British-Nigerian star this week joins 19 famous faces on the BBC’s The Celebrity Traitors, including Thursday Murder Club actress Celia Imrie, retired Olympic diver Tom Daley and actor Sir Stephen Fry.
Filmed in the Highlands, the show pits contestants against each other, as the faithful try to root out secretly selected traitors — who commit “murders” at nightly roundtable meetings — while collectively doing challenges to boost the prize pot.
