Royal cake slice goes up for sale

ONE of the last slices of cake from the wedding of the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip is being sold after 78 years.

The crumbly piece of fruit cake was one of 2,000 cut in 1947.

It belonged to Cyril Dickman, who worked for the royals for more than five decades before he died in 2012 aged 85.
