Plastic surgeon tried to kill doctor

A PLASTIC surgeon who wore camouflage to break into a colleague’s £1million home at night and near-fatally stab him in the stomach has been convicted of attempted murder.

Peter Brooks attacked Graeme Perks and was said to have hated him for giving evidence in lengthy disciplinary cases at the NHS trust where they both worked.

Brooks, 61, was yesterday convicted of two counts of attempted murder, attempted arson with intent to endanger life and possession of a knife in a public place, on January 14, 2021, after his trial in Loughborough, Leics.
