Oasis fan falls to his death from upper tier at Wembley

AN Oasis fan has died after falling from the upper tier of Wembley Stadium during Saturday’s show.

Police said the man, in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

One ticketholder, who was sitting in a lower tier, told The Sun yesterday: “I was directly underneath.

“At first glance, I thought it was a coat falling from the above tier, but then I looked and saw the bloke on the concrete. It was horrific to see.”

Another witness described the incident as “horrendous”.

They said: “The guy fell from a balcony. Paramedics came rushing over. There was a lot of screaming and shouting. It was a big fall.
