MI5 probe Putin link in Starmer arson cases

MI5 is investigating Russian links to the arson attacks on Sir Keir Starmer’s property.

The spies are looking into possible connections between three men and Vladimir Putin’s regime.

Two Ukrainians and a Romanian were charged over the incidents, which involved two houses and a car associated with the Prime Minister.

Officials are keeping an “open mind” but credible links to the Kremlin are being explored.
