King wants to remove Andrew’s final rank

ANDREW Mountbatten Windsor is to be stripped of his final honorary military rank at the direction of the King, the Defence Secretary has said.
John Healey added that Charles had “indicated that's what he wishes”.
It will remove the former royal’s status as a vice-admiral in the Royal Navy, the sole honorary position he retained after surrendering his other military roles in 2022.
