Ground radar used in search for Madeleine McCann in scrubland

TEAMS looking for Madeleine McCann used ground-penetrating radar as they scoured scrubland and abandoned buildings on the second day of the latest hunt.
German and Portuguese police plus fire-fighters are looking for evidence 18 years after she vanished, aged three.
This search is focusing on land three miles from Praia da Luz, in the Algarve, where she was on holiday with her parents and siblings.
Madeleine went missing from a hotel room where she was sleeping with her brother and sister while her parents dined with friends nearby.
