Horne warns Warriors to keep their focus and complete job against capital men

- BY GRAEME MACPHERSON and STUART BATHGATE

GEORGE HORNE insists there will be no easing off from Glasgow in this weekend's derby rematch.

Warriors won the first leg 24-12 at Hampden on Saturday to leave them in good shape to retain the 1872 Cup.

Franco Smith's side, though, have lost the Murrayfield return in each of the last two years.

Horne admits he's not sure why, considering many of the Glasgow squad play there for Scotland. But Warriors will be fired up to land the double over Edinburgh on Saturday.

The scrumhalf said: “We want to try and win every game, obviously, but in derby games there’s always a bit more riding on it.

“It’s not personal but knowing the other guys, you want to get it over on them.

“I was really nervous all week before the game at Hampden because when you know who youre playing against you just want to win so badly. So, it's good to get the first one done.
