Duke accuser in court over 'restraining order breach'

PRINCE Andrew's sex abuse accuser is facing court over allegedly breaching a restraining order, days after she claimed she did not have long to live following a "serious" bus collision.

Virginia Giuffre has been charged with breaking a family violence order in Ocean Reef, Perth in Western Australia on February 2.

She did not enter a plea in Joondalup magistrates' court on March 14 and the case is due back in court next Wednesday.

Ms Giuffre, 41, was hurt in a crash on March 24 and this week wrote she had "four days to live", posting a hospital photo of herself, inset below.

She later admitted it was a mistake to say she was dying and the post was meant for her private Facebook page. A statement added: "Virginia thanks everyone for the outpouring of love. She remains in serious condition while receiving medical care."
