The Singleton of Glen Ord Distillery has introduced a dram pairing experience with Nicolas Rouzaud, famed for his exquisite desserts and cakes.

Available to book now, The Singleton of Glen Ord Collection x Nicolas Rouzaud is a remarkable fusion that celebrates the complexity of single malt whisky and the artistry of patisserie.

On the North Coast 500 route on the Black Isle, the distillery draws guests from around the globe. This latest offering named World's Leading Whisky Distillery Tour 2024 at The World Travel Awards showcases the creativity behind whisky making and patisserie. Nicolas has created a special dessert to be enjoyed in three distinct parts. Each layer of the cake has been carefully crafted to complement a different expression of The Singleton.
