A MANAGER sacked days after she accused her chief executive's husband of "sexually inappropriate conduct" has won an unfair dismissal case.
Amber Stoter, 30, was fired by Gain Healthcare's boss Olinda Chapel-Nkomo following her complaint about Tytan Nkomo, who worked as an IT expert at the firm in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
