Caught at second slipper

EXCITING news... it seems I've become an influencer. Like one of those social media types on TwitTwot or InstaGrim, only in my case not shamelessly plugging some face cream or footwear or fancy piece of tech I've been sent for free.

I would, of course, be perfectly happy to shamelessly plug any face cream, footwear or (ideally) fancy piece of tech the makers might care to send me for free - not here, of course, but on my personal InstaTwot account or suchlike, assuming I could be bothered to set one up, which I doubt. I'm just saying that's not the sort of influencing I've been doing.

The influencing I've been doing - for no personal gain, might I add, and, to be honest, quite inadvertently - involves something far more important.
