Not Thanksgiving, just plain old neighbors serving neighbors

Things have not been easy for American households over the past eleven months, and each day they show signs of worsening.

Homelessness is at record highs, food insecurity is running rampant as grocery prices double, people have to choose between paying for life saving medicine or food, and that was even before the government shutdown or the suspension of the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), which further added to fear, misery, and the scramble to survive that people felt in communities across the nation, especially in communities of color and underserved communities.
