Palestinian travellers welcomed into South Africa

A GROUP of 153 Palestinian travellers who arrived in South Africa on Thursday morning have now been received, following an initial delay at OR Tambo International Airport due to immigration concerns.
AID organisation Gift of Givers has welcomed the Palestinian refugees who arrived in South Africa on Thursday.

The Border Management Authority (BMA) confirmed that 130 of the passengers have been released into the care of humanitarian organisation Gift of the Givers, while the remaining 23 had already been transferred to their final destinations.
