boAt owner files draft IPO via private route

NEW DELHI, 7 APRIL Imagine Marketing, the parent company of wearables brand boAt, has filed draft papers with the markets regulator Sebi for an initial public offering (IPO) through a confidential pre-filing route. The confidential pre-filing route allows the company to withhold disclosure of details under the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) until later stages.
