Thunderbuddies support mental health charity

The latest 'Thunderbuddy Throwdown' from a Cambuslang gym was a success for fitness and mental health.

Fortius Athletics hosted their eagerly-anticipated annual event, bringing together keep-fit enthusiasts of all abilities for an intense yet rewarding day.

The day was held in support of SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health), raising awareness and funds for mental health services.

SAMH provides invaluable support, information, and services to people experiencing mental health problems across Scotland.

Head coach and owner of Fortius Athletics, Nisha Purewal, expressed her immense pride in her community, saying: "It's incredible to see everyone come together to support such an important cause."

The charity works tirelessly to promote mental wellbeing and ensure that everyone has access to the help they need.
