Secondary school's book search to get primary pupils reading

ORMISTON Bolingbroke Academy, part of Ormiston Academies Trust, used this year's World Book Day to help primary pupils build a love of reading with gifted books.

The school teamed up with Curiosity Bookshop in Runcorn and the Siobhan Dowd Trust to provide exciting book bundles to primary schools across Runcorn as part of their mission to encourage a passion for reading at all levels.

As part of the partnership, young readers at Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy had the chance to browse the bookshop and pick out books for themselves and for the school's library, helping to share more exciting stories with their fellow students.
