ROCHDALE Hornets Women have announced the signing of three addtions to Ben Bird’s squad for the remainder of the 2025 season.
-
Forward Beth Harris, 27, became the twentieth signing to join Bird’s squad and said: “I'm really looking forward to being involved in the women’s team again after some time away from the game, there has been a lot of positive changes within the women’s team and it's really exciting to get to be a part of that!
“Ben, Rob and Matt have been great with the support of getting me back into the game, if it wasn’t for their unconditional support I’m not sure I'd be putting the boots back on again! My goals for this season are to go out onto the pitch and give it my all and do the Club proud! We've got a really strong team this season so it’s going to be a really good run!”
Head coach Bird commented: “Having Beth back was inevitable, she is Hornets through and through. She has had time away from the game but she’s always supported and you could see how important it was to her. Another Rochdale girl from a fiercely loyal Hornets family.
