A five-day Faculty Development Programme on the theme of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" begins at DAV College, Amritsar. Institution's Innovation Council of the college in association with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell, is conducting a five-day FDP at it campus.
The programme was inaugurated on July 7, 2025 at Arsh Auditorium. Dr. Harmohinder Singh Bedi, Chancellor, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, was the chief guest of the programme. He set an inspiring and motivating beginning for the FDP. His address highlighted the mission and motive of the Government of India that resonates with the theme of the FDP. He believes India has a profound history of Innovation and it should be connected with our present goals set for the upliftment of the country. He made the participants aware of the rich ancient history of India and urged them to revive the spirit of ancient Indian
