Pupils from Al-Falaah College voiced concerns about the privacy implications of publicly displaying their academic achievements. They said their results were private and not for public consumption.

This follows a recent hearing at the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria, where the Information Regulator sought a comprehensive review of this practice, arguing that it infringes on pupil privacy rights.
