THE world's first Annapoorna Devi Temple outside India has opened in Chatsworth, symbolising a commitment to feeding the hungry.
THE Spiritual Head of the Chinmaya Mission of South Africa, His Holiness Swami Abhedanandji, performs the Kumbhabhishek (the bathing of the deity) on Mother Annapoorna, the Hindu Goddess of nourishment, food, and abundance during the consecration of the new Sri Chinmaya Annapoorna Devi Temple in Chatsworth.
