No, Tesco has not banned Christmas trees.
The recent Christmas commotion began when a puffed-up patriotic Conservative figure posted on social media an image of an 'Evergreen Conifer' from Tesco.
They raged, stating there had been a complete renaming of Christmas materials and that 'Traitorous Tesco' has 'stepped away' from the festive season. For the record, 'Evergreen Conifer' is the branded name of the Christmas Tree.
