I could hardly believe my eyes and checked to see which channel I was watching when I viewed a commercial on ITV which was the one time only rival to the BBC encouraging all those who presumably are watching TV illegally to buy a TV licence.
Are the BBC actually using licence payers money to support commercial TV? It is well known that unlike the US and man
