Hester Pienaar se werk as eiendomsagent gaan nie net oor bakstene en mure nie, maar oor drome, stabiliteit en 'n nuwe begin vir talle gesinne.

Die ouma van vyf het onlangs by Theo Goosen Eiendom Agentskap aangesluit, nadat sy reeds in 1989 haar raadseksamen geslaag het.
"Ek het destyds net drie huise binne drie maande verkoop en besluit dis nie vir my nie. Ek was toe voltyds 'n mediese tegnoloog by SAIMR (N). In 2017 het ek by Noordelike Eiendomme begin werk en daarna by Harcourts Boet Nothnagel tot einde 2025."
Sy vertel trots dat sy haar eksamen geslaag en verskeie toekennings ontvang het. Sy is aangewys as top ondersteunende agent, eerste in waarde en tweede in aantal eenhede.
"Dit is vir my kosbaar. Ek geniet dit om kliënte se gesigte te sien wanneer hulle daardie 'dit is die een'-oomblik ervaar en om 'n komplekse proses eenvoudig te maak. Om te weet ek het gehelp om iemand tuis te laat kom."
Hester erken egter dat die werk nie altyd net oor mooi huise en gelukkige oomblikke gaan nie.
