Personal trainer and owner of TSculpt outdoor training, Thabo Ntuli, says physical activity outdoors is not only easier on the wallet but can improve your quality of life and in turn increase your lifespan.
Ntuli explains that if you are not interested in going to the gym or don't have time due to work, school or other obligations, then exercising outdoors can be your best friend, that way you have no excuse of not going to the gym. “Exercise done outdoors feels less strenuous than similar exercises done indoors. The fresh outdoor air and natural light invigorate a person and this boost in energy can push you closer to achieving your maximum performance.”
