Mandron's football journey from French digs to finding home in Paisley
Mikael Mandron has opened up about the importance of home comforts as he detailed his journey from France at the age of just 16.
The Frenchman left his youth team Athletic Club de Boulogne-Billancourt, based in the western suburbs of Paris, to join Sunderland's academy.
From there, he has turned out for nine other clubs, either on loan or having made a permanent move in the lower leagues of England, before moving north of the border.
He joined Motherwell to make it a perfect 10 and then landed in Paisley.
And whatever the move, the 30-year-old says he has had to make his house or apartment a home that he would live in forever to aid the settling-in process.
