Opportunities during employability month

Employers from across Renfrewshire are joining forces for a series of events promoting jobs, training and education in the area.

The Renfrewshire Local Employability Partnership (RLEP) has earmarked September as employability month and set out a packed programme of recruitment events, employer workshops, and school and college visits.

Major employers across Renfrewshire - including WH Malcolm, Scottish Leather Group and Thermo Fisher - will welcome school pupils from across the area while jobs fairs will highlight the latest opportunities for those out of work or looking at a career change.

There are a number of events taking place, providing insights and opportunities in logistics, sport, the armed forces and further education.
