Mikael Mandron is hoping to transfer his goalscoring form in the cup to the league.

St Mirren are the lowest scorers in the Premiership with Mandron leading the way on four goals.

The French-born forward has netted 11 times in total - including seven in cup competitions.

And the 31-year-old would love to hit the target again when the Buddies face Kilmarnock at Rugby Park tonight.

"It would be great for sure," he said on returning to the scoresheet in league matches.

"Obviously, as a striker, your number one role is to score goals so I've scored a few in the cup.
