- KIERAN WEBSTER

Paul Smith, 42, tried to start the fires on the morning of September 2, 2024.

He splashed accelerant on his front door and on paper that he sent through a neighbour’s letterbox.

After leaving the block, he then set a car on fire on George Place before fleeing to a chippy to escape police.

He then attempted to set alight the shutters on the chippy before he was apprehended by police.
