Counting costs of Gulf conflict

It appears that we have been provided with one of those times in history when we are faced with difficult times through no fault of our own.

We all are neighbours on this planet and it would be nice if everyone else had the same thoughts and opinions about fellowship.

Unfortunately, we are witnessing terror and destruction in the Gulf states and the people involved have no interest or thoughts about the rest of humanity.

An attack on a state, not a very pleasant one in my opinion, by someone that couldn't point to the country on a world map even if it was highlighted in neon crayon.

Someone who started this conflict with no thought of what the aims were, how they would be realised and how the conflict and horror could be ended.
