Care chiefs review winter plans

Senior officials have identified the risks facing Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) as part of its preparations for the winter period.
The organisation has prepared its plan for 2025/26 as it tries to protect the resilience of critical services with temperatures set to drop in the coming months.
Its content forms part of a report to the integration joint board (IJB) - the body responsible for oversight of the HSCP-which will take place later this week. It will be studied by councillors and non-executive representatives of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
A number of potential difficulties have been pondered in this year's planning cycle as officers assess existing and emerging risks facing the partnership.
