Cops plea for wilful fire-raising info
Police are appealing for information after a car was deliberately set on fire in Paisley.
The incident happened around 11.30pm on Sunday, July 20, at Blackstoun Oval in the town.
The blaze was put out by members of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Detective constable Barry Gourley, of Police Scotland, said: “Fortunately, no one was injured.
“The fire is being treated as wilful and we are asking anyone who has information that could assist with our ongoing enquiries to get in touch.
