Workshop on POSH Act organised at RDWU

A gender sensitisation workshop on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, was held here at the new auditorium of Rama Devi Women’s University (RDWU) Thursday. The event was jointly organised by the university’s Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and the Centre for Youth and Social Development (CYSD), Bhubaneswar.
Joining the event as chief guest CYSD founder Jagadananda emphasised the need to foster safe and inclusive academic spaces. “Universities must be free from discrimination and harassment. The POSH Act is not merely about legal compliance—it reflects a deeper commitment to justice and dignity,” he said.
