Advanced trauma care facilities in all mining districts soon: CM

Majhi inaugurates in-patient service, trauma care centre at Dharanidhar Medical College and Hospital in Keonjhar
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi inaugurated the in-patient service and an advanced trauma care facility at Dharanidhar Medical College and Hospital in Keonjhar Monday and said medical colleges in all mining districts will soon have advanced trauma care facilities.
Launching the facilities, Majhi said accidents and accident-related deaths are very high in India.
"In districts like Keonjhar, there is more vehicular traffic due to mining. More industries will be established and infrastructure will be developed in the coming days. Therefore, vehicular traffic will increase further," he said, highlighting that a good trauma care facility will play a decisive role in saving lives.
Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal and Nabarangpur will soon have new medical colleges
