DESPITE a precarious ceasefire in hostilities between the US and Iran, petrol prices at Nottingham's petrol stations remain frustratingly high - and will likely remain so for weeks.

Iran's grip on the Strait of Hormuz through which a fifth of the world's oil had travelled prior to the regional conflict - has sent petrol prices to heights not seen in the UK since Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
With this in mind, we have compiled a list of Nottingham's cheapest petrol stations, based on information supplied by retailers as of yesterday morning.
The cheapest place to fill up with petrol is currently the garage of Tesco Express in Cinderhill.
