'We are completely devastated' say family of teenager Liam as pair are charged with murder

19-YEAR-OLD DIED AFTER HE WAS ATTACKED ON NIGHT OUT WITH FRIENDS IN ILKESTON
THE family of a teenager who died after he was attacked in Ilkeston town centre have described him as their “ray of sunshine”
Liam Derrett was on a night out with friends when he was assaulted on the Market Place in the early hours of Sunday, Derbyshire police have said.
The 19-year-old died in hospital two days later and two men have been charged with his murder.
His family have now issued a photograph of Liam, who lived in Ilkeston, and have paid tribute to him.
They said: "Liam brings amazing energy wherever he goes and makes everyone's day brighter. He is our little ray of sunshine.
