'Small number' will be able to get weight-loss jab on the NHS

ONLY a small number of people will be eligible for weight-loss injections through the NHS, a Nottinghamshire doctor has said.
Prescriptions for Mounjaro jabs were made available at GP surgeries in England on Monday, June 23 - but only for those who meet very strict criteria.
The injection was initially licensed to help treat type 2 diabetes, but is now also prescribed to help those with obesity lose weight.
