Raging dad threatened to cut throat of his partner

A "RAGING" father filled with "festering resentment" threatened to kill his partner who he thought might be sleeping with other men.

Nottingham Crown Court heard how Aaron Hoare messaged the woman while she drove home from work saying he would "cut her throat".
When she got back to the family address he grabbed the blade, lunged at her and left her feeling he really might take her life.
And when a member of the public came to her aid the 39-year-old defendant used the knife to slash a car tyre.
Jailing him for two years, Judge Michael Auty KC said: "For reasons only you knew, you accused your partner of sleeping with other men. She said that was a fairly normal activity for you and she brushed it off.
