Man in hi-vis jacket caught exposing himself at park

A MAN was caught committing an indecent act opposite Nottingham High School at 6am on a Sunday morning.

Nottingham Magistrates' Court heard how a member of the public saw 54-year-old Pete Lilly touching himself while sitting on a bench.

The police were called and Lilly, of St Ann's, was arrested. He said he was there hoping to meet someone.
