Man in court over estate boiler thefts

POLICE have charged a suspect after six boilers were stolen from a Gedling new-build estate.

Nottinghamshire Police said the appliances were ripped out of six properties on Harviston Avenue between March 6 and 7.
The new boilers had been fitted days before the burglaries.
Workers arrived on the site the next morning to find the appliances missing and around £10,000 worth of damage.
Nicanor Dostea, 25, has since been charged with six counts of burglary.
